Meet us at Sally's Path where we'll be rockin' a high energy, high intensity, & always-fun boxing-inspired circuit workout!
Zero equipment and zero experience necessary. If you have boxing gloves and wraps, bring them! If not, no worries - we'll hook you up. All you need is your body and a smile!
Hang around after and meet the coaches and amazing Level Red Community! Then, head over to City Kitchen for a discounted brunch!

- Create an account
- Find May 30 and/or August 29 on the calendar
- Click "Schedule Class"
- Boom! You're good to go.
What's Level Red?
For 60 fast-flying minutes, boxing conditioning is LRB's #1 focus! Using kettlebells, med balls, cardio, core & boxing, LRB builds lean muscle, improves overall endurance, and burns calories round after round. Motivation is our mantra and "Strong at Every Level" are the words we live by. No matter your fitness level, you can do it.
