About the Instructor: Cara Bessko

Cara Bessko is an experienced yoga teacher with over twenty years of teaching experience. With a strong foundation in Hatha Yoga traditions, Cara's style combines deep slow vinyasa, embodied challenge, and elements of Yin and restorative practices. Whether teaching in corporate settings, private sessions, or virtually, she believes in the healing power of yoga and the importance of breathwork. Cara's integrative sessions incorporate whole body and brain yoga therapy, movement, stillness, breath work, mantra, visualization, crystal singing bowls, and EMDR modalities to help individuals regain control of their lives.
